By accessing or using Simply Project AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About the Service
Simply Project AI is an AI-powered voice assistant designed for Australian building contractors and tradespeople. The Service includes project management, crew dispatch, calendar integration, meeting notes, and related features accessible via ai.simplyproject.com.au.
2. Beta Period
The Service is currently in Beta. During the Beta period:
- All features are available free of charge
- Founding Builder members who join during Beta will receive 3 months Pro free at launch and a locked founding rate of $19/month (normally $29/month)
- Features and pricing may change before the official launch
- We may contact you for feedback to improve the Service
3. Account Registration
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including project details, crew information, and voice recordings. We process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Google Calendar Integration
The Service integrates with Google Calendar via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google account, you authorise us to read and create calendar events on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to process voice commands and generate responses. AI-generated content, including meeting notes and project summaries, may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before acting on it or sharing it with clients.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes without prior notice during the Beta period.
9. Paid Plans
When paid plans launch, billing will be monthly. You may cancel at any time. Founding Builder rates are locked for the lifetime of your subscription as long as you maintain an active paid plan without a gap exceeding 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Simply Project AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active users of significant changes by email or in-app notification.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
