1. Introduction

Simply Project AI (provided by Simply Project Consulting) is a productivity tool designed for the Australian building and consultancy industry. We value your privacy and apply a "Privacy by Design" approach to all our features.

2. Information We Collect and Use

• Google Calendar Datacalendar.events only
  We request access solely to create, edit, or view calendar events based on your voice or text commands. We do not store your full calendar history on our servers.
• Email Data (Mailto)Zero Gmail API
  We do NOT request access to read or send your emails via the Gmail API. All email drafts are generated locally on your device using mailto: links — your email content never leaves your own mail client.
• Voice Data
  Voice inputs are processed in real-time to extract intent. We do not store, sell, or use your voice data for advertising purposes.
• Authentication Tokens
  Google OAuth tokens are stored locally in your browser's localStorage and are never sent to our servers. They are cleared on logout.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Minimal storage: We do not store your calendar events, email content, or voice recordings on our servers.
• Encrypted infrastructure: Any essential metadata is stored on encrypted, secure servers.
• No third-party sharing: We do not share your personal or project data with any third parties, except as required to provide the service (e.g., Google API, Anthropic Claude API, OpenAI Whisper API).

4. Third-Party Services

• Google APIs — OAuth, Calendar. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic Claude API — AI intent processing. Not used for model training. Governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI Whisper API — Voice transcription. Not stored long-term. Governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — Hosting infrastructure. Governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights

• You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings.
• Once access is revoked, we can no longer access any of your data.
• We do not retain user data after access is revoked.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

5. 您的权利

• 您可随时通过 Google 安全设置撤销我们对您 Google 账号的访问权限。
• 一旦撤销授权，我们将无法再访问您的任何数据。
• 撤销授权后，我们不保留任何用户数据。

6. 政策更新

我们可能会不定期更新本隐私政策。重大变更将在应用程序内通知。继续使用即表示接受更新后的政策。
